Recycled content for Thermafiber Board and Batt Products
Thermafiber products are available with recycled contents from 70% to 90%. These percentage recycled contents are based on pre-consumer (post-industrial) content with 0% post-consumer content. The
EPA's Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines for building insulation has recommended the level of recovered materials (recycled) content for rock wool insulation be 75%.
